- Supervise and manage a team of user experience designers and researchers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement user experience strategies - Conduct user research, analyze data, and identify user needs and pain points - Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and wireframes - Lead the design and development of user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and meet business objectives - Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital platforms - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design Requirements:
