50 an hour Veltex Recovery Group is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to join our fast paced recovery center and supportive team to assist in our continued effort to provide quality, evidence-based treatment for individuals afflicted with substance use disorder.
Behavioral Health Technicians serve residents by monitoring groups, assisting with daily activities, completing patient summaries, and aiding prospective residents in the application process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring progress, and developing strategies to help individuals achieve their goals in recovery.
The ideal candidate will have experience and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:
Assisting clients with appointments Accompanying clients during breaks Assisting with Eligability Applications Assisting with Intake process Providing feedback to clients on their progress.
Monitoring and documenting client progress in KIPU Health.
Supervising group activities.
Supporting and guiding clients in their recovery process.
Implementing strategies to reduce challenging behaviors.
